A Day of Community and Giving — Feast Day at the Church of St Ignatius

We were grateful to be invited to take part in the Feast Day celebration at the Church of St Ignatius.

For us, it was more than simply setting up a stall and serving coffee. It was a day spent among the community — meeting people, sharing what we make at La Saigon, and taking part in an occasion with a purpose beyond ourselves.

Throughout the day, our team served coffee and shared our products with visitors who came through the celebration. The atmosphere was lively and full of people, but what made the day especially meaningful was knowing that the sales from our participation would be contributed to support the poor.

La Saigon may be a small café, but we believe that even small acts can have meaning when they are done together with a community.

We are thankful for the invitation, for everyone who stopped by our stall, and for the opportunity to contribute in our own small way.

It was a simple day of serving, sharing and giving — and one we are grateful to have been part of.
